Date & Venue

The 60th Tom Scott Memorial Road Races will take place on Sunday 30th March 2025 at 10:00am from the Water Sports Centre within Strathclyde Park, Motherwell

Event Location 

Strathclyde Park is easily accessible by public transport & a bus stop is situated at the Motherwell entrance to the park. If travelling by train competitors can alight either at Airbles Rd or Motherwell stations from where you can walk (approx 1M), take a bus/taxi to the park. For those travelling by car exit at junction 6 of the M74 motorway, following the signs for Motherwell entering the park at the first set of traffic lights on the Motherwell/Hamilton Road.

Age Groups

 

The minimum age for the 10M event is 17 years of age on the day of the race & 13 years of age for the Round the Loch event. In the "Open Races" Vet/Master categories commence at 40 years for men & 35 years for women.

Chip Timing

Timing services in 2025 will be provided by Perfect Timing Scotland

Round the Loch 6K Race £13.00  (£15.00 Non-Scottish Athletics Members)

 

This event is strictly pre-entry only, new entries are NOT taken on the day.

Closing Date

We will have a hard entry closing date of Thursday 6 March 2025. No entries, deferments or transfers will be accepted after this date.
